Effective March 1, 2008, Sartomer Company officially exited the benzophenone and Lamberti Esacure® photoinitiator business.
From 1985 to February 2008, Sartomer Company distributed Lamberti Esacure photoinitiators in North America. In recent years, patent expiration, foreign manufacturing, and rising raw material and transportation costs affected the ability to provide this material in an economically viable fashion.
